Jennifer Landon joined Yellowstone in Season Three as Teeter and has become a fan-favorite character on the show.
Teeter was a recurring character during Seasons Three and Four and was promoted to a series regular for Season Five. Teeter is a tobacco-chewing female ranch hand who sparks a relationship with Colby following a traumatic encounter with a rival ranch owner.
She became a vital – and forever – member of the Yellowstone Ranch after being branded with the iconic Y logo.
Despite being on three seasons of the show’s five seasons, Landon has been working on the show since 2020, seeing as Season Three debuted on June 21, 2020.
During her time shooting Yellowstone in Montana, Landon often shared some behind-the-scenes photos and videos, showcasing the beauty of where she was living.

Teeter has a lot of hilarious and badass moments on Yellowstone, but the fans truly loved when she got vulnerable in a Season Four episode, where she emotionally begged for her job back from Kevin Costner’s John Dutton and Cole Houser’s Rip Wheeler. She gave Rip a hug, thanking him for her job, and it became one of the most emotional moments in the entire series.

The world fell in love with Teeter, just as Landon fell in love with working on the show, and she has just worked her last day on the series.
Landon shared a mirror selfie alongside the caption, “Here’s a blurry selfie of me leaving set on my last day of the last season of Yellowstone. Mound of paper towels for all the feelings. It was an incredible ride.”

Kelly Reilly, who plays Beth Dutton, replied, “I loved our scenes this year more than I can say … you are just the most amazing actor and human Jen . Now get that horse and come find me.”
So many fans chimed in, writing how much they loved her character on the show and how excited they are for new episodes to come out.

If Landon’s name sounds familiar, you’re right. She is the youngest daughter of television legend Michael Landon.
Jen Landon was born to Michael Landon and his third wife, Cindy, who was a makeup artist on Little House On The Prairie. They married in 1983, and Jen was born three years later.
Landon was once one of the most famous television actors thanks to his starring roles in the western series Bonanza from 1959-1974 and Little House on the Prairie from 1974-1982.
Following Little House, he starred in the show Highway to Heaven from 1984-1989. For Highway to Heaven‘s series final episode, Landon cast Jen, in one of the final scenes. She was only five years old and played a member of a children’s choir that appears at the bedside of the president, revealing herself to be the president’s great-great grandchild.

He also cast her in his next TV project, a series titled Us. They filmed the pilot, but Landon passed away from pancreatic cancer before they could continue the series. The pilot episode was aired as a TV movie in honor of Landon in September 1991 following his July 1991 death.
