Lauren Alaina Says Her Husband Has Been Her “Constant And Steady” During Their First Year Of Marriage
Lauren Alaina and her husband, Cam Arnold, are celebrating their first year of marriage together.
The “Ladies in the ’90s” singer and her now-husband’s love story began back in 2020. They kept their relationship pretty private during this time, with many fans of Lauren not even knowing she was with someone until they announced their engagement two years later during a special moment at the Grand Ole Opry.

The couple tied the knot on February 4, 2024, during a “big” and “loud” ceremony in Nashville, TN. The wedding consisted of about 450 guests, including some of Lauren’s country superstar friends, such as Jason and Brittany Aldean, HARDY and his wife Caleigh, and Shay Mooney from Dan + Shay.

In celebration of their one-year anniversary, the American Idol alum shared a sweet and personal message for Cam on her social media.
Alongside a series of wedding photos, Lauren shared in an Instagram post saying that while this past year didn’t go exactly as planned, she made it through because of her husband by her side.
“One year ago today I married the love of my life,” she began. “We went through a lot in our first year of marriage. We shared a lot of happiness and new beginnings. We also shared loss and heartache. Cameron has been my constant and steady through it all. It has not been the easiest year of our relationship, but it has been the year that reassured me I definitely picked the right husband.”
Lauren Alaina and Cam Arnold have been through a lot in just one year. In July, Lauren faced the heartbreaking loss of her father, who unexpectedly passed away. But, amid the tough times, they’ve also had life-changing moments of joy. Just two weeks ago, they announced they were expecting their first child.
“He held my hand my hand through losing dad,” Lauren continues. “He has held my hand through this pregnancy. I can’t wait to hold his hand forever. I know no matter what comes my way I have a partner that will be right by my side through it all. I’m so proud to be Mrs. Arnold. I love you, Cameron Scott 2.4.24.”
Friends and family flooded the comment section of Lauren’s post, sharing their love and well wishes for the happy couple:
