Lainey Wilson Surprises Crowd By Bringing Her Mama Onstage At Show
Lainey Wilson surprised the crowd at one of her recent shows by bringing a special guest onstage…her mama!
Lainey felt inspired to bring her mama onstage after seeing her good friend, HARDY, bring his own mom onstage the previous night. They took a shot of tequila together. She asked her mama if she’d be willing to join her onstage to take a shot too.
Mama Wilson agreed, and the plan was in motion! She and Lainey even practiced how they would take their shots during the show.
The crowd was delighted to see Mama Wilson at Lainey’s show. She introduced her mom to the crowd, then explained what they were about to do next.

Lainey & Mama Wilson Showcase How To Properly Do A “Holler And A Swaller”
“Ok, where we’re from, we like to do this thing called a holler and a swaller,” Lainey said. “So put your drinks up! We gonna holler, and then we gonna swaller.”
Lainey turned to her mother and asked, “You ready momma?” She was ready!
Lainey called for the crowd to holler, and they delivered. Then, just as they rehearsed, Lainey and her mama crossed their arms and took their shots!

Of course, Lainey knew she had to film this special moment with her mama. She shared the video on social media, and captioned it, “That right there boys and girls…is one helluva holler and a swaller. Mama Wilson knows how to do it right.”
