Tim Tebow And His Wife Demi-Leigh Welcome Their First Child
Before Tim Tebow and his wife, Demi-Leigh, welcomed their daughter, Daphne Reign, Demi-Leigh shared a photo tour of her precious nursery.
Demi, a former Miss South Africa and the 2017 winner of the Miss Universe pageant, is married to retired NFL quarterback Tim Tebow. The pair met in 2018 at Night to Shine, an event hosted by Tim’s charitable foundation.
The couple went public with their relationship just a few months after meeting. They married on January 20, 2020, at the La Paris Estate in Cape Town, South Africa.

In January 2025, Tim and Demi announced they were expecting their first child.
“We are just so excited and so over the moon to be having a baby together,” Demi told PEOPLE.
Tim gushed about Demi, sharing his belief that she’ll be an outstanding mom:
“She will be extremely loyal and loving,” he said. “Demi is someone that is extremely determined. When she sets her mind to something, she goes all the way in — and I know that she will do that as a mom, too.”

The Tebows shared a gender reveal video in March. The video shows Tim and Demi creating art to display in their baby’s nursery. They blindfolded themselves and started painting a canvas so they couldn’t see the color of the paint.
Then, when they removed their blindfolds, they saw a bunch of pink paint. Baby Tebow is a girl!
As devoted Christians, Tim and Demi wanted to add a Bible verse to their daughter’s artwork. They chose Psalm 25:4-5, which reads:
“Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.”

Demi-Leigh Tebow Showcases Her Daughter’s Blissful Nursery In Photo Tour
While she and Tim awaited their daughter’s arrival, Demi shared a photo tour of their sweet, serene nursery. “What was once a guest room is now the sweetest space in the house! I can’t help but smile when I walk in,” Demi said about the room.
The room is covered in custom wallpaper designed by Cara Saven Wall Design. The pattern offers a subtle nod to Demi’s home country, South Africa, with illustrations of African animals, hot air balloons, and palm trees.
Dainty pink outfits are displayed in the closet, which also holds several safari-themed stuffed animals. The room is primarily tan and white, with subtle pops of pink among books, picture frames, and artwork.
The nursery also appears to have an attached bathroom. Above the counter, a frame displays the paintbrushes Tim and Demi used during their gender reveal. The picture they painted during the reveal hangs on the adjacent wall.
“I’ve had so much fun designing the room that will hold so many of our first memories with her,” Demi said. “It’s finally ready to welcome her just like our hearts have been all along!”

The couple’s daughter, Daphne Reign Tebow, was born on July 6. They named her after Demi-Leigh’s great-aunt Daphne, who played a huge role in her life.
