Lauren Alaina Gave Birth To Her First Child
Lauren Alaina and her husband, Cam Arnold, welcomed their first child together on June 11, 2025. They named their daughter, Beni Doll, after Lauren’s grandfather Benny. Lauren and Cam were married non February 4, 2024 in Nashville, N.
Lauren says Benny “helped raise me, taught me how to play basketball. He bought me my first karaoke machine… he was very proud of that.”
Lauren later found out that “Beni” means “crimson” in Japanese, knowing it was a sign from her daddy.
“My dad was a huge Alabama fan, and the fact that Beni means crimson feels like my dad said ‘roll tide’ from heaven and told us how to spell it,” she said.
Lauren’s dad passed away in July 2024, shortly before she found out she was pregnant with Beni. After Beni’s birth, she decided to share a song she wrote about her father’s passing and finding out she was pregnant titled “Heaven Sent.”
Lauren Alaina Is Hitting The Road Again…With Beni
After a break to have her baby, Lauren Alaina is slowly getting back to performing live. Her first performance back was on August 4th at the Grand Ole Opry, followed by another appearance there on August 17th.
In January, she will be supporting Rascal Flatts on their Life Is A Highway Tour starting in Knoxville, TN and performing in cities including St. Louis, Milwaukee, St. Paul, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo.
Now that she is a mom, will she be bringing Baby Beni on tour with her? Yes!
Alaina has a hard time being away from Beni for nap time, so you can imagine just how difficult it would be for her if Beni didn’t join her on the road?!
“I mean, I love what I do, so I’m excited, but I’m scared too. And being away from her for 90 minutes sounds like the most impossible thing I’ve ever heard of,” Alaina said in an Instagram video.
The 90 minutes Alaina is referring to is the hour-and-a-half she will be on stage.
The “Road Less Traveled” singer posted a “GRWM” (Get Ready With Me) Instagram video to give some “major life updates.”
She also revealed that Beni’s grandmas will tour with her so they can help with the baby while Lauren is working. And the guys from Rascal Flatts are excited for a baby to hit the road with them.
“I did the whole tour pregnant last time and now I’ll have a newborn. They’re going to get to see what came out of the bump. Nicest guys ever. So I’m excited that we’re going back out with them, but I’ll be able to see my feet this time,” she said.
Lots of country singers have made their busses more family-friendly as they go into their next stage of life, so Lauren is definitely not the first to bring their child on tour with them!
We can’t wait to see Lauren back on stage! Maybe Beni will made her first appearance!
