Trisha Yearwood And Amy Grant Unite To Host Another CMA Country Christmas Special
Trisha Yearwood and Amy Grant will welcome the holiday season as the co-hosts of CMA Country Christmas once more.
Yearwood and Grant first hosted CMA Country Christmas together in 2023. It was Grant’s first time hosting the program, while Yearwood previously hosted it in 2019.
The two stars are now reuniting to host CMA Country Christmas for a second consecutive year. On top of hosting, the CMA shared that Yearwood and Grant will perform together during the program.
As a duo, Yearwood and Grant will perform “Sing Your Praise To The Lord” and “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.” They will also perform solos. Yearwood will sing a Christmas medley while Grant is poised to perform her original Christmas tune, “Tennesee Christmas.”
When Is The 2024 CMA Country Christmas Program? Who’s Performing?
A commercial that ran during the CMA Awards on November 20 revealed more details about this year’s CMA Country Christmas, including the full lineup and the date the special will air on TV.
CMA Country Christmas will be broadcast on ABC at 8/7c on Tuesday, December 3. Fans can stream the program the following day on Hulu or Disney+.
In addition to Yearwood and Grant, the special will feature the following performers.
- for KING + COUNTRY with Carin León – Singing “O Come, O Come Emmanuel”
- Cody Johnson – Singing “White Christmas” and “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”
- Ashley McBryde and Brittney Spencer – Singing “Man With the Bag”
- Jon Pardi – Singing “400 Horsepower Sleigh”
- CeCe Winans – Singing “Joy to the World”
