Joining forces with the well-known hospitality group Noble 33, Mahomes and Kelce are gearing up to unveil a new steakhouse called “1587 Prime” in their football team’s city.

Set to open its doors early next year, the upscale restaurant takes its name from the jersey numbers of the NFL champions. The partnership between Mahomes, Kelce, and Noble 33 was officially announced on March 14th, marking a significant milestone for the sports players turned restaurateurs.

Occupying around 10,000 square feet across two floors within the Loews Hotel Kansas City, 1587 Prime aims to offer diners an upscale culinary experience. Mahomes mentioned the duo’s admiration for Noble 33’s reputation in the hospitality industry as a key factor in their decision to collaborate with the group, founded by Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha.

“Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City,” Mahomes said in a press release.

“We’re excited to be a part of this journey with Noble 33 to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience, and what better place to start than our very own, Kansas City,” Kelce added.

The restaurant will include an array of amenities, including several private dining rooms, a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, and an impressive meat display. Additionally, visitors can expect to be wowed by one of the largest wine collections in the state to complement their dining experience.

To add a personal touch, subtle tributes to Mahomes’s and Kelce’s achievements on the football field will be tastefully integrated throughout the space, offering diners a glimpse into the careers of these NFL superstars.

While the steakhouse’s grand opening is set for sometime in 2025, eager fans can stay in the loop with the latest developments by following 1587 Prime’s official Instagram account.
