Duck Dynasty Has Returned To Television After Eight Years
The Robertson family, who gained national fame thanks to their reality show Duck Dynasty, returned to TV with a brand-new show, Duck Dynasty: The Revival.
The original show followed the lives of the Robertson family, who ran the company Duck Commander. Phil, the family patriarch, started the company in the early 70s. He employed his sons, Alan, Jase, Willie, and Jep, as well as his brother, Si, and was eventually able to retire, leaving Willie as the CEO.
Under Willie’s leadership, the company became a multi-million dollar operation thanks to their entertaining hunting videos, state-of-the-art duck calls, and passion for duck hunting. Their other companies – Buck Commander, Fin Commander, and Strut Commander- are for buck hunting, fishing, and turkey hunting.
The family launched Duck Dynasty on A&E in 2012, running for 11 seasons until 2017. We watched everyone, even the adults, grow up on camera. Now, eight years later, so much has changed! The kids are now full-grown adults with their own families.
Let’s take a look at the Robertson family when they started the show, when they ended it, and now!
