Reba McEntire and her fiancé Rex Linn had a great time during their recent trip to New York City.

The couple ended up taking a quick trip to the Big Apple together, making a visit to the Music Box Theatre to see their friend John Lithgow in the play Giant.

She and Rex were also joined by some of their friends. Together they made their way around NYC, stopping at a few local favorites. Reba captured plenty of photos from some of the best moments of their visit.

They grabbed some sweet treats at The Donut Pub and enjoyed a slice at Joe’s Pizza. The group also went to the Washington Square Arch, where they all snapped a photo together in front of the landmark.

“Great shows, great food, great people. We had such a blast in New York City!!!,” Reba captioned the post.

Reba has always enjoyed sharing little glimpses into the trips she takes with Rex. Fans have gotten a look at some of their other adventures, like when they went on an African safari vacation with her son, Shelby, and his wife, Marissa.

The “Fancy” singer also gave a peek into her 71st birthday celebration back in March, when Rex treated her to a special trip to Las Vegas.

Have Reba & Rex Started Wedding Planning?

Reba and Rex clearly enjoy traveling together, but their schedules aren’t as open as they might seem.

Both are staying busy with their careers, including their work on Happy’s Place. They are expected to begin filming for season 3 any day now. Rex also just booked a gig on the Apple TV comedy series Stick.

With everything going on, it’s been tough trying to find an opening so the two can finally get married. They’ve been engaged for over a year now. Rex popped the question on Christmas Eve in 2024.

Reba and Rex have made it clear that work is the priority right now, and they aren’t in any rush to walk down the aisle.

But does that mean wedding planning has been completely pushed to the side? Not exactly.

At the moment, the couple hasn’t planned much yet. They don’t even have a date set. However, Reba recently opened up about what she hopes their big day will look like whenever the time finally comes.

“I have two granddogs, Watson and Belle, so they may be the ring bearers or something like that, but we have to have our animals there,” Reba said in an interview with ExtraTV. “We’ve got longhorns and donkeys, horses and everything there at the place, cats, and we just, we have a lot of fun with them.”

So, no matter when it finally happens, it’s sure to be a beautiful day at their Tennessee ranch. They’ll be surrounded by everything they love most: their friends, family, and all of their animals.
