Post Malone Opens Up About His Fatherhood Journey
Post Malone recently opened up to GQ about his unique journey through fatherhood.
Post’s baby girl is now three-years-old, and he discussed the ups and downs that come along with having a little one.
“Those are two different things. I don’t know. Kids are little s**** and they’re beautiful at the same time. And… Well, being a dad, I take it a day at a time. I think it’s important that way. We’re learning every day. I don’t know what the hell I’m doing, and neither does she. She’s just figuring it out,” Post shared.
While the singer does not share much information about his daughter publicly, he said that having her has been the most important thing in his life. And that speaks volumes considering just how famous and successful he has become in his career!
“It’s really sweet. My house has been under construction for about two years now, and we finally just finished the main bit of it. And there’s this big hallway where she can ride her bike and she has this little toy horse, and she rides up and down and just f****** giggles the whole f***** time,” he continued. “It is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m pretty pumped on that. It’s pretty cool. It’s bad*** to be a dad.”

Post’s Toddler Is Already A Fan Of George Strait
While Post says his little girl loves all of the classic kid television shows and music, she is also a huge fan of country music legend George Strait.
“She loves Paw Patrol. She loves Pororo, it’s like a Korean penguin. And they sing a bunch of great songs, and they’re catchy as f***. I might steal some melodies, but probably not. I don’t want to get in trouble,” he joked.
“And she loves George Strait. She loves the steel guitar, which I’m pretty pumped about. But she’s so funny. She has the funniest dance.”
The singer also shared that she is a fan of Post’s good friend, Jelly Roll.
“And I remember… Actually, going back to the question: Jelly was opening up [on tour] and she went out to watch Jelly and her grandparents asked her, ‘Who’s a better singer, Jelly Roll or your dad?’ She goes, ‘Jelly Roll.’ And I know she’s f****** with me,” Post said.
Post Malone’s “Big Ass Stadium Tour” Set To Wrap Up This Fall
Post is currently on the European leg of his “Big A** Stadium Tour,” which began in April 2025.
The U.S. tour made 27 stops until July and featured a number of artists including Jelly Roll and Sierra Ferrell.
Post and Jelly collaborated with their hit “Losers” last August on the highly-anticipated country album F-1 Trillon.
F-1 Trillion was an instant success, debuting at #1 on the Billboard 200 all-genre chart. It was also nominated at this year’s Grammy Awards for Best Country Album.
