The 2023 CMT Music Awards were held on Sunday (April 2) in Austin, Texas. Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini served as the co-hosts.
Since it was such a big night, many country stars brought their significant others with them to celebrate. Fans loved watching couples pose together on the red carpet.

Both Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani performed at the CMT Music Awards this year. Blake opened the show with his latest single, “No Body.” Gwen joined Carly Pearce later in the night to sing “Just a Girl.”
The couple, who married in 2021, walked the red carpet and interacted fans on their way into Austin’s Moody Center.

Wynonna Judd attended this year’s CMT Music Awards with her husband of ten years, Cactus Moser. He got the chance to watch Wynonna perform twice during the ceremony.
First, Wynonna performed “I Want to Know What Love Is” with Ashley McBryde. Later, she participated in the all-star Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute to close out the show.

Kelsea Ballerini made her red carpet debut with her new love, Outer Banks star Chase Stokes. The couple posed for lots of cute and cuddly pictures while they were on the red carpet.
Later in the evening, Chase was caught dancing in the audience while Ballerini performed.

Cody Johnson attended the CMT Music Awards with his wife, Brandi. His video for “Human,” which was nominated for Male Video of the Year, includes Brandi and their two daughters.
Cody didn’t win the Male Video award, but he did take home the trophy for Performance of the Year. He also performed “Human” during the ceremony and participated in the Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute.
Shania Twain & Frédéric Thiébaud
Shania Twain did not walk the red carpet with her husband of 12 years, Frédéric Thiébaud. But he was spotted next to her in the crowd during Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini’s opening monolouge.
Frédéric was there to cheer on his wife as she accepted CMT’s Equal Play Award later in the ceremony.

Kane and Katelyn Brown put their love on full display at the CMT Music Awards. They were super affectionate on the red carpet, and shared a kiss at the end of their “Thank God” duet later in the evening.
