Music City gets ready to celebrate the new year with a star-studded lineup of country favorites.

New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash promises to “ring in 2024 with hours of live music, fireworks, and the signature midnight Music Note Drop.” Praised for bringing together the biggest stars in country music for an “only-in-Nashville concert special,” the annual celebration will take place on Sunday, December 31st at Nashville’s Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.

The event is FREE and open to the public. With arguably the most stacked lineup yet, it is sure to draw country music fans from far and wide.

In October, Executive Producer Robert Deaton shared

“Building on what we have established over the last two years by focusing on our artists, the fans, and the vibrancy of downtown Nashville, this year’s lineup is shaping up to be our most exciting yet. We will celebrate 50 years of the iconic Southern Rock Band Lynyrd Skynyrd, the skyrocketing Lainey Wilson, and Country Music Superstar Thomas Rhett with over a dozen artists and special guests still to be announced.”

The complete lineup includes Bailey Zimmerman, Blake Shelton, Brothers Osborne, Carly Pearce, Cody Johnson, Elle King, Grace Bowers, HARDY, Jackson Dean, Jon Pardi, Kane Brown, Lainey Wilson, Megan Moroney, Morgan Wallen, Old Dominion, Parker McCollum, Thomas Rhett, Trace Adkins, and Trombone Shorty. Radio host Cody Alan and CBS anchor Lonnie Quinn will be doing live coverage from New York City’s Times Square.

New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash will be broadcast LIVE.

Can’t make it to Nashville but still want to experience the excitement? It was announced earlier this year that the event will return to CBS in a new multi-year deal. Deaton said:

“Nashville is quickly becoming THE destination for New Year’s Eve, and we are honored that CBS wants to help us continue to show off our music and incredible city with a new multi-year deal!”

The special will air live on Sunday, December 31 at 7:30pm ET on the CBS Television Network, Paramount + (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the special airs).
