On top of hosting the event, Bryan was also one of the scheduled performers. He was part of the all-star lineup that featured acts such as Post Malone, Chris Stapleton, and Lainey Wilson.

Bryan used his performance to spotlight one of his newest songs, which recently hit #1.

“Love You, Miss You, Mean It” Debuted In April And Reached #1 In October

Bryan released “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” in April as the third single from his album Mind of a Country Boy. The song made a slow and steady rise up the charts. It hit #1 on the Mediabase country chart in early October, making it Bryan’s 31st chart-topping single.

So far, “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” has peaked at #2 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart and at #11 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. It crossed over to claim the 39th spot on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100.

The song’s official music video also has over 3.8 million views on YouTube alone.

Bryan celebrated the success of “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” by delivering a charming performance of the song during the 2024 CMA Awards. Bryan performed in the latter third of the show and was introduced by his fellow co-host, Peyton Mannings.

He worked the stage as he sang, making an effort to connect directly with the audience. That effort paid off, as you could feel the sincerity behind every word he sang.
