In the latest episode of The Masked Singer, viewers were treated to a journey down the Yellow Brick Road as the cast celebrated “The Wizard of Oz” night.
LeAnn Rimes Returns To The Masked Singer
The second episode of the season featured four new celebrities putting their all into performances, honoring iconic moments from the legendary film. Adding to the excitement of meeting Season 11’s Group B contestants, The Masked Singer welcomed a special musical guest— none other than the show’s Season 4 winner, LeAnn Rimes.
Returning to the stage, LeAnn Rimes mesmerized the audience with her rendition of the classic tune “Somewhere Over The Rainbow.” Her performance undoubtedly added a touch of magic to the night, reminding everyone why she became a champion of the competition.
The Latest Celebrity Unmasking
Along with an exciting musical guest also came the shows first unmasking of the season. Disguised as an Afghan Hound and performing the classic hit, “The Lion Sleeps Tonight,” reality television star Savannah Chrisley became the latest celebrity revealed on The Masked Singer.
Giving viewers an amusing performance, Chrisley may have been the first to be voted off of the show, but she definitely made a lasting impression with her performance that had the entire room laughing with her.
“I have zero talent whatsoever,” she said during her exit interview for the show. “I just embraced it. I made people laugh … I have two kids that look up to me that sometimes may be afraid to step out of their comfort zone. I did it for them.”
“This past year has taught me that life is so short. Never say ‘no’ when an opportunity presents itself…as long as you’re feeling good, that’s all that matters,” she added.
