Over the weekend, their baby girl finally arrived
Originally, Koe was scheduled to perform as part of HARDY’s Jim Bob World Tour, but plans quickly changed.
He posted on Instagram explaining that he had to return home to Texas due to a “family medical event,” which led him to the cancellation of his remaining Memorial Day weekend shows.
What fans didn’t know at the time was that his girlfriend had gone into labor.

After Koe shared his statement, both he and Bailey stayed quiet on social media for a few days. It wasn’t until Monday, May 26, that they broke their silence and announced the arrival of their baby girl.
Weighing 5 pounds, 11 ounces, their newborn daughter, Woods Madison Wetzel, was born on Friday, May 23.
Along with the announcement, the couple shared a series of sweet photos from the delivery room.
Their baby girl is seen dressed in all pink, snuggled up with a tiny stuffed deer. Other snapshots show Koe and Bailey holding their newborn close, with both mom and baby wearing matching pink robes.
Family, friends, and fans all filled the comment section with messages, congratulating Koe and Bailey on their precious new addition to the family.
“She is BEAUTIFUL!! Congrats, you two,” a friend wrote.
“Congratulations… Being mommy is the best gig in the universe,” said a fan
“Oh my heart… I just love her so much!” Koe’s sister wrote.
Koe Wetzel and Bailey Fisher aren’t the only country couple expanding their family in 2025. A long list of country stars, including Lauren Alaina, Cody Johnson, Cole Swindell, and many more, are also expecting babies this year.
