Justin Timberlake has sold his incredible ranch in Middle Tennessee.

Timberlake has owned the massive property for almost a decade, purchasing it for $4 million in 2015. Located just an hour outside of Nashville near the small town of Leiper’s Fork, the land is protected against development, ensuring its natural beauty remains untouched. It features miles of trails, a spring-fed fishing pond, and 50 acres of pastures.

According to Realtor.com, the deal for the 127-acre ranch officially closed at the end of May, with Timberlake receiving a total of $8 million. This was $2 million less than the original asking price of $10 million when it was put on the market back in August last year, The Sun reports.

Timberlake’s significant real estate gain came just a few weeks before his DWI arrest in the Hamptons last month.

The singer was taken into custody on the night of June 17 for a DWI (driving while intoxicated). Reports indicate that Timberlake was pulled over for swerving and running a stop sign after leaving dinner with friends at The American Hotel in Sag Harbor, NY. He reportedly performed field sobriety tests but refused to take a breathalyzer test on-site. Timberlake was then handcuffed, arrested, and taken to the Sag Harbor Village Police Department. He was released the next morning without bail and is expected to appear in court sometime this month.

Although Timberlake has decided to sell his Tennessee getaway, he and his wife Jessica Biel primarily reside in Los Angeles and New York. According to the New York Post, Timberlake still holds property debt on his Hollywood Hills home, which he listed for $35 million in 2021 before pulling it off the market. Timberlake and Biel also sold their Tribeca penthouse for $29 million in 2022.
