Jelly Roll and wife Bunnie XO plan to welcome a child (or two) to their family
Rising country star Jelly Roll and his wife, Bunnie XO, are making plans to expand their family. The pair, who married in 2016, have custody of Jelly Roll’s 16-year-old daughter Bailee Ann. Jelly Roll also has a 7-year-old son named Noah. Both children are from previous relationships, and he and Bunnie do not yet have any children together.
On a recent episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie revealed that she and her musician husband had begun the in vitro fertilization process with a surrogate mother. The 44-year-old expressed that she is in her “baby mama and gardening era.” She added:
“I feel like I’ve accomplished so much in my life. And the only thing that’s left is to raise a baby and garden.”

Bunnie XO reveals why she does not plan to carry the baby herself
Although the couple plans to keep the majority of their IVF journey private, Bunnie shared the motivation behind their choice to work with a surrogate.
“I am not mentally well enough to let my hormones get out of whack… I have gotten to a place where I’m even-keeled. My anxiety is finally good. I don’t have depression — of course I have down days and stuff like that, but nothing like what I went through in 2019.”
Without giving too much detail, Bunnie revealed that she had lost pregnancies in the past. She shared:
“I would have trouble carrying a baby. I have lost many babies, you know. One, we don’t have the time to go through that. Two, my schedule does not allow for me to … have another miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.”

The pair reports seeing a fertility specialist since 2019, but it was not until recently that they felt prepared to grow their family. Bunnie shared that they are still uncertain exactly what their IVF plan will be but says that they are considering having twins.
She confirmed that they and the surrogate mother do not plan on implanting embryos until February 2025.
