Congratulations are in order for Sadie Robertson and her husband Christian Huff! The couple announced Thursday that they are expecting a baby!
Sadie shared the news the with her fans along with a photo that shows her holding a set of ultrasound photos as she poses with Christian and their daughter, Honey James. “Another little miracle is in motion,” Sadie captioned the post. According to Sadie’s Instagram story, the baby is due in May.

The little bundle will be the second for Sadie and Christian who wed in 2019 and welcomed daughter, Honey, on May 11, 2021.
In an episode of her Whoa That’s Good podcast, Sadie shared details of her frightening birth experience. The Duck Dynasty alum recalled that Honey was “stuck” for two minutes and 10 seconds, and that she was told by a nurse that it was “the scariest thing that can happen” during a delivery.
“I thought they cut me open because of how painful it was when they pressed on my stomach. Now I know they were pressing my pelvis bone to get her out because what happened was Honey got stuck. Her shoulder got stuck,” she said.
“In that moment, every second counts….This really was very scary and really dangerous,” Sadie shared. “I knew something was wrong because of the pain, and the doctor [had] just told me, ‘Next push, she’s here.”
Not only did Honey arrive safely, but she was “so strong” that she didn’t require any additional hospitalization and didn’t suffer any injuries from the traumatic delivery.
The proud mom has shared plenty of glimpses into Honey’s first year-and-a-half of life, and we can’t wait to meet new baby Huff in May.
