Carrie Underwood got a new tattoo while enjoying a vacation to Destin, Florida, with some of her closest girlfriends, including her husband’s sister and sister-in-law.
In a new post made to social media, Carrie Underwood shared photos of their beach stay that included a trip to a tattoo parlor where the four women got some new ink. As for Carrie, she got a beautiful and dainty flower tattooed on her forearm.
The series of pics also show the group posing on a condo balcony, soaking up the sun on the beach, enjoying cold drinks on a boat, and showing off shells.
“Sisters…not by blood…but sisters nonetheless. 💕God truly showed us great favor by putting us all together,” Carrie captioned the post. “These ladies are strong, kind and faithful and I’m so happy I get to do life with them!!! It’s true that you don’t get to choose your family, but if I could, I would choose these exact three women to be my sisters-in-law! From the beach to the tattoo parlor, Destin didn’t know what hit it! I love you ladies!!!”

Carrie Underwood new tattoo isn’t her first. In 2013, the “Church Bells” singer told Redbook that she has two tattoos; a four-leaf clover and a black cat. She didn’t reveal where they tattoos are located, but did say, “They don’t mean anything. I was in college and got them done.”
It’s unclear if Carrie had accumulated more ink between her college days and her recent beach trip, but it’s clear that Underwood likes to keep her ink simple and discreet.
