Reba McEntire Celebrates 20th Performance At RodeoHouston
One of the largest rodeo events in the nation, RodeoHouston, kicked off its opening night (March 4th) with an exciting performance by country icon Reba McEntire.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is a 23-day event that features nightly entertainers, “great rodeo competitions, world-class agricultural and educational exhibits, and a wide variety of food and fun.” The event celebrates Western heritage and draws a staggering 2+ million total attendees each year.
Reba first graced the RodeoHouston stage in 1984 and, in the 30 years since, became a staple performer at the event. Her 2025 appearance marked her 20th performance at the famous rodeo.
As her focus has shifted in recent years to television and other ventures, her live performances have become less frequent. The last time she performed for rodeo fans in Houston was in 2014.
Following her rodeo performance, Reba wrote:

Reba Fans Don Hilarious Outfits For The Rodeo And Concert
Each year, rodeo fans get decked out in their best Western garb and show out at RodeoHouston. One group of Reba McEntire fans coordinated a particularly hilarious dress code for the occasion. TikTok user Sydney Lewis shared a series of videos featuring her and her friends sporting red wigs inspired by the queen of country music herself.

The girls got into the spirit with a singalong to “Fancy” on the drive to the show.
