Country Music Radio Host Bobby Bones Welcomes First Child With Wife Caitlin

Earlier this year, country music radio host Bobby Bones and his wife, Caitlin, welcomed a baby girl!

The couple first revealed their pregnancy on September 24, 2025, sharing two photos. In the first, Bobby stands behind Caitlin with his hands resting on her stomach.

The second image shows them holding hands outdoors, with Caitlin turning toward the camera and smiling as her outfit highlights her baby bump. See that precious announcement below!

The Couple’s Sweet Love Story

Bobby is an American radio host, television personality, and author, best known for leading his hit podcast, The Bobby Bones Show. He has also appeared as a mentor on American Idol and won Season 27 of Dancing with the Stars.

Bobby and Caitlin first met through mutual friends and had only been dating for a few months when the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020. At the time, Caitlin was living in California but traveled to Tennessee to quarantine with Bobby.

What began as a temporary arrangement soon became permanent, with Caitlin ultimately deciding to move in full-time. Bobby later shared that he quickly realized he wanted to take the next step. “When she finally agreed to move here, I just knew I was going to propose,” he told PEOPLE.

The couple married in July 2021 at their Nashville-area home. After exchanging vows, Bobby explained that choosing their own home as the wedding venue made the moment more personal and meaningful.

Bobby & Caitlin Welcome Baby Billie

On Friday (March 20), Bobby and Caitlin shared in a joint post that their baby girl, Billie Celine Estell, has officially arrived. While they didn’t announce the exact date of her birth, the couple gushed that they “can’t believe she’s ours.”

Sharing a carousel of photos as a family of three, they explained that little Billie has been named after her grandfather. Caitlin has largely kept her pregnancy private on social media, making the announcement all the more exciting for fans, who were thrilled by the news.

Caitlin Opens Up About Her Difficult Pregnancy

During a recent episode of Bobby’s podcast, The Bobby Cast, the couple opened up about the difficult reality of Caitlin’s pregnancy journey. The couple shared that she was actually diagnosed with an autoimmune disease around four years ago.

Because of that, Caitlin was put on a daily oral chemotherapy pill. While the medication helped her feel better, she was still deemed a high-risk pregnancy.

“I had over forty ultrasounds and if you know anything about pregnancy and ultrasounds, I didn’t, normally, in a normal pregnancy you have two to three your whole pregnancy, and I had over forty. So it was really intense,” Caitlin said.

The two shared that due to this, they had an incredibly nerve-wracking nine months.

“I didn’t get to have that normal ultrasound experience where you get so excited to see your baby because a lot of times they we weren’t looking at her face. For a majority of the time, it was we’re checking her heart, we’re checking all of the things that this baby needs to be healthy. So it was very stress-inducing for pretty much my whole pregnancy.”

Bobbie explained that once little Billie was finally here, though, all of their worries were put to rest.

“You went through all that, you were very nervous about getting through it healthy. You’re very nervous obviously about delivering the baby. But as soon as Billie was born, like as soon as she was born and they put her on your chest, you lit up and you’re like, ‘I love her so much.’ It was just instant, no thinking…It’s like the number one moment,” he said.
