During a tour of Elvis Presley’s home, Graceland, a man decided to jump in the late singer’s swimming pool.

A man was shown in a TikTok video jumping into the pool at the King of Rock and Roll’s estate. The culprit was shown wearing a pair of shorts, shoes and socks when he decided to take a dive. There was a barricade around the pool with a sign that read, “Restricted Area. Do Not Enter,” but that didn’t stop this tourist from jumping in. The video has raked in over 14 million views and the numbers are still climbing!

The TikTok video posted by @nannyxmurphy said, “My husband jumped into Elvis pool.”

This video was followed by another one that showed the same man climbing out of the pool and being escorted by someone in a brown uniform.

“You’re not allowed in there, my love. You’re not allowed to do that,” a woman in the video says.

The people of TikTok had mixed feelings on the incident.

Many people on the social media platform criticized the original poster and her husband for disrespecting Elvis. They felt this was wildly inappropriate.

“Whether people think ‘Elvis would be laughing’ or not it’s all down to respect. There’s a reason as to why certain areas are roped off,” one TikToker wrote.

While some people disagreed with the man’s decision, others defended the couple saying Elvis would have approved of the decision.

“I think Elvis would have done the same thing lol,” one person commented.

Another user said, “It’s not like Elvis is using the pool 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️.”

Graceland has been turned into a tourist attraction where fans can purchase tickets to tour Elvis’ old home.

Graceland is a 13.8-acre estate located in Memphis, Tennessee. The estate belonged to Elvis Presley, but has been passed down to his late daughter, Lisa Marie, and now her three children. The home was already valued at $100 million in 1993 according to Forbes, but is now estimated at $500 million.
