The country music world got a little bigger this year, as several country stars welcomed new additions into their families. Some artists brought home their first baby, while others welcomed a younger sibling for their older kids.

With a New Year beginning, we wanted to showcase 15 country artists who welcomed new babies in 2023. It seems like a sweet and celebratory way to end the old year and welcome 2024.

Dan + Shay‘s Shay Mooney and his wife, Hannah, welcomed their son Abram Shay Mooney on January 17.
Baby Abram is Shay and Hannah’s third child. He has two big brothers, Asher and Ames.
William “Hawk” White

Drake White and his wife, Alex, welcomed their first child on January 20. They had a baby boy, and named him William “Hawk” White.
Presley Fawn Pardi

Jon Pardi and his wife, Summer, had their first child this year. They welcomed a baby girl on February 18. Her name is Presley Fawn Pardi.

John Osborne of Brothers Osborne and his wife, singer-songwriter Lucie Silvas, welcomed twins on March 21. They had a boy and a girl, named Arthur and Maybelle.
“Welcome to this crazy world, Arthur and Maybelle,” John wrote on Instagram when he announced their birth.

Baby Lion joined her big brother, Legend Wilde, and big sister, Love Lily.

“Next Thing You Know” singer Jordan Davis and his wife, Kristen welcomed Baby #3 this year. Their baby boy, Elijah Patrick Davis, arrived in June.
Elijah went home to his big brother, Locklan Joseph, and big sister, Eloise Larkin.

Naomi Cooke (formerly of Runaway June) and her husband Martin Johnson welcomed their first child this year.
The couple has not shared their child’s name, birth date, or whether they had a son or daughter. Naomi didn’t talk much about her pregnancy either, but did share part of her birth story in an Instagram post published on June 15.
Beau Lee Combs
Luke Combs and his wife, Nicole, welcomed their second child on August 15. They had a baby boy, and named him Beau Lee Combs. Baby Beau joined his big brother, Tex Lawrence.
Luke and Nicole don’t share photos on social media that show their sons’ faces. So when they shared the news of Beau’s birth, the photo they posted was a simple polaroid of his feet.
Whit Costello

Kimberly Perry (formerly of The Band Perry) and her husband Johnny Costello welcomed their first child in 2023. Their son, Whit Costello, was born on August 26.
“Our lives have become sweeter, our days have become so much fuller, our sleep has gotten shorter – our house has truly become a home,” Kimberly wrote in her post announcing Whit’s birth.

Jana shares a daughter (Jolie) and son (Jace) with her ex-husband, Mike Caussin. Allan shares a son (Troy) with his ex-wife and helped raise his now-adult stepdaughter (Claudia).

“Came the Closest” singer Sam Hunt and his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, welcomed their second child sometime this fall. Sam shared the happy news the day after Thanksgiving (November 24).
In the comments of a photo showing him, Hannah, and their daughter Lucy, Sam shared they welcomed a baby boy. His name is Lowry Lee. Lowry is Sam’s middle name, while Lee is Hannah’s.
