Adam Levine Shares First Look At His Exciting Return To ‘The Voice’

OG coach Adam Levine is back on The Voice, and we just got the first picture of him with the new coaches for Season 27!

In a playful social media tease, The Voice had fans scratching their heads with a fill-in-the-blank puzzle to figure out the coaching lineup for Season 27.

After lots of guessing, we got the answer: The coaches were named John Legend, Michael Bublé, Kelsea Ballerini, and guess who? Adam Levine!

It’s been six long years since Levine last graced The Voice stage. The Maroon 5 frontman was part of the original four coaches when the show started, alongside CeeLo Green, Christina Aguilera, and Blake Shelton.

Safe to say, fans were pretty excited to hear he was coming back!

Levine shared a video to social media, telling everyone how excited he was to be a part of the show once again.

“Yeah we’re back. We’re coming back, I’m coming back, that’s what I mean. Season 27, yes, I’m coming back…I cannot wait. I’m well-rested, I’m ready to go…it’s gonna be awesome, let’s go. Team Adam is back…I’m really excited.”

Since its debut in 2011, The Voice has launched careers, forged unlikely friendships (hello, Adam and Blake’s bromance!), and even sparked romance (looking at you, Gwen and Blake).

With Adam Levine back in the mix, Season 27 is sure to be an exciting one!

On Friday (July 19), fans got to see the first look at Levine’s comeback on the show. In a new social media post, Levine wrote:

“First week of taping Season 27 of [The Voice] with these three is done, love them, it’s great to be back!”
