Luke Combs is not just a highly acclaimed country music artist; he also holds one of the most significant roles anyone could have – being a father.
Combs navigates the complexities of family life as a father and husband raising two sons under the age of two, Tex and Beau, with his wife Nicole. Despite the demands of parenthood, he manages to carve out time to continue crafting new music.

I hope he never finds out that I didn’t hang the moon /
And I’ve never scared a monster out the closet in his room /
Someday between him leaving home and driving on my knee /
Maybe I’ll finally be, the man he sees in me.
In what appears to be a spontaneous recording, Combs starts the video by stating, “What’s up, guys? Luke here…on dad duty again. [I’m] back from my huntin’ trip. Beau’s over there doing tummy time, expressing himself. Tex is taking a nap. Got the baby monitor over here. Nicole’s on the treadmill.”
The “Beautiful Crazy” singer continued, “Y’all said you like dad songs, so I got a whole bunch of them lined up. I wrote this one with my buddy Josh Phillips, so hope y’all like it. Check it out.”
Luke shared in the caption of the video: “I hope he never finds out that I didn’t hang the moon…New tune called “The Man He Sees in Me” that I wrote with my buddy @imjoshphillips. Hope y’all like it!”
