Korie Robertson Is Proud Mom To Six Kids
Korie and Willie Robertson rose to fame on the hit A&E reality show Duck Dynasty. The show featured their family, and the families of Willie’s brothers Jase and Jep, as well as their parents Phil and Kay Robertson.
All the Robertson brothers worked at the family business, Duck Commander, which their dad founded many years prior. The show followed their lives as they run a business together, and celebrated their brotherhood and closeness as a very large family.
Willie and Korie’s kids John Luke, Sadie, Bella, and Will were featured in the show from the very beginning. Their eldest daughter, Rebecca, joined the show in season 5 when she returned from college. During the final season of the show in 2017, they featured a new family member, Rowdy, a 13-year-old boy they had recently adopted.
On September 13, 2016, they officially adopted him!
While the rest of the kids appear in the reboot of the show, Duck Dynasty: The Revival, Rowdy is noticeably absent. The reason he is not in the show is because he is away at college.

Because he doesn’t live near his family currently, it is rare to see Rowdy on social media. In fact, the last time he was featured was in one photo of a compilation of videos and photos that Korie posted on August 14th to celebrate the release of Will’s new song “Home.”
Before that, he hadn’t appeared on his mom’s social media in eight months.
Rowdy Just Turned 23
Rowdy Robertson was born on December 10, 2002 and over the years, Korie has taken to Instagram to celebrate her son.
In 2024, she wished him a happy birthday, and also revealed he was taking finals on his special day.
In 2023, she wrote a heartfelt post with nine photos of him throughout their years together.
“Happy Birthday, Rowdy! Going back today through all of our selfies together…all the way back to the very first one (last in this line up) Such a sweet day when we met you and knew that you would be our son,” she wrote. “And now, today YOU ARE 21!! I am so proud of you, and grateful for all that God is doing in your life.”
This year, she did celebrate her son’s birthday on social media, but it was not on her main feed. Instead, she shared two posts on her Instagram Story, which erases after 24 hours.
The first post was a photo of Rowdy, Korie, and Willie, with the caption, “Happy Birthday Rowdy! We love you so much and pray that this year is full of blessings!
And the second was a video of the family, including Korie, John Luke and his wife Mary Kate, Sadie, Will and his wife Abby, and Rebecca and her husband John Reed, singing “Happy Birthday” to him.
Now 23, Rowdy is still attending college, though the family has never announced what university he is attending or what he is studying. We wish Rowdy a very happy birthday!
