Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn have recorded another stunning duet. A few lucky fans got a brief listen when Kane shared a clip to social media before quickly removing it.
One of the hottest country songs of 2022 was “Thank God,” a sweet love song from Kane Brown and his wife of five years, Katelyn. The song’s release left fans wondering why the couple had waited so long to collaborate. While Katelyn was a singer herself prior to marrying Kane, listeners hadn’t had the joy of hearing anything new from her until the release of “Thank God.”
The song peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 making it Kane’s most successful song to date on that chart. It also earned the CMT Music Award for Video of the Year, putting an end to Carrie Underwood’s four-year winning streak. “Thank God” also became the second song by a married couple to ever top the Country Airplay Chart, following in the footsteps of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s 1997 hit, “It’s Your Love.”

On Wednesday (Oct. 11), Kane Brown teased a new duet with Katelyn called “Even Death Won’t Do Us Apart.”
A brief clip that included the song’s first verse and chorus was posted to Brown’s social media accounts. The caption read, “Even death won’t do us apart (Demo) ❤️ with @katelynbrown 🔥 so excited we got us anothern!!!!”
Kane started off the song by singing, “Long after that sun burns out that sky/ Long after that ocean don’t turn the tide/ One thing is true, I’ll be loving you.” Katelyn joins in, “One day when the mountains and the valleys align/I’ll still be yours and you’ll still be mine/ One thing is true, I’ll be loving you.”
Katelyn then joined in on the chorus, “A love like this will live on I know/ So even on the day that he calls me home/ no I won’t be far/ Even death won’t do us apart/I’m taking every day that forever will give, in this life and the life after this/ hang a hat on your heart/ Even death won’t do us apart.”

The clip was deleted shortly after it was posted, but not before hundreds of fans heard it and shared their thoughts on the new tune.
“Next generations Tim & Faith/Garth & Trisha….I’m here for it! Great job, guys! This sounds awesome,” one fan commented. Another fan added, “Her voice is unreal.”
There was no reason given for the removal of the clip, and no information about when we can expect an official full song release.
