Jason and Brittany Aldean have returned with another comical Halloween creation
In recent years, country music power couple Jason and Brittany Aldean have made a tradition of going all out for Halloween. The pair dons elaborate costumes and often pairs their ensembles with a well-produced skit.
This year, the Aldeans have parodied the 2008 film Step Brothers. Jason took on the image of Brennan Huff, originally played by Will Ferrell, and Brittany transformed into Dale Doback, played by John C. Reilly.
The comedy follows two unemployed grown men whose worlds are flipped upside down when their parents marry each other. They are forced to all live under one roof, and the stepbrothers develop a volatile rivalry.
Relive the film in the trailer below!
Jason and Brittany recreate iconic Step Brothers scenes
The new video opens with Jason and Brittany lying side by side, making stabs at one another just like Ferrell and Reilly’s characters do in the film. Both are rocking wigs to look more like their alter egos, and Brittany even has a prosthetic nose!
They go on to reenact additional recognizable scenes from the movie but give them a personal touch by cleverly swapping some of the lines.
Watch it for yourself and see if you can spot the differences! Hint: they even make a subtle reference to a fellow country star.
