Fan Takes To Reddit After Finding Post Malone On Google Maps

Post Malone has a pretty recognizable and unique look, so when someone thinks they have spotted him out in public, there’s a good chance it is actually him.

Reddit user fca216 posted in a Post Malone SubReddit that she thought she had seen Posty on Google Maps in Paris!

“I was on google maps and I noticed what more then likely looks to be Post Malone,” she wrote, including the link.

The photo of him on Google Maps was taken at a restaurant called La Coupe D’Or, and showed him and another person sitting at a table outside talking. He was wearing boots, jeans, a white shirt, and a cowboy hat was on the table beside him.

Fans in the SubReddit could not believe Post Malone was spotted in Google Maps, let alone how random it was to find him!

“How did you find this!!!!” one user asked the original poster.

She replied, “The hotel I am staying at is just around the block. I thought I would check out the neighborhood on google maps and then I see someone that looks oddly like Post Malone. Turns out he had a performance in the area so I think it checks out!”

Posty Was In Paris In May 2024

The Reddit thread was first posted on October 14, 2024 and according to multiple outlets, the singer was in Paris that summer for a private show at the Lourve on May 28, 2024.

He performed in the iconic courtyard Cour Carrée as part of the legendary museum’s Visa Live concert series titled “Visa Live at le Louvre.” The series was to help kick off the Summer Olympics, which were held in Paris, France.

The performance was a private affair for 4,000 Visa customers who won the tickets in a lottery. The concert was also live-streamed on Roblox.

According to Rolling Stone, this concert was the first time the Cour Carrée had been closed for a provate event. There were many measures taken to soundproof the museum so the artwork would not get ruined by the loud decibals.

Early in his set, Post Malone joked, “Let’s rattle some artwork!” as a way to get the crowd super loud.

According to Setlists.fm, he performed a 12 song set with three additional encore songs. Most of the songs he performed were off his earlier albums including “Congratulations,” “Better Now,” “White Iverson,” and more.

In fact, “I Had Some Help” was the only song of his highly-successful country album F-1 Trillion that he played.

See a video of him performing “I Had Some Help” at his show at the Lourve below.

This cafe is about 2 kilometers away from the Lourve, so it makes total sense that he dined there and by change a Google car was taking photos for Google Maps! What are the chances!
