Zac Brown is selling his Atlanta-area lake house for $3.25 million amid his divorce from wife of four months, Kelly Yazdi.
The 9,448-square-foot house is being sold by Katie McGuirk of Ansley Real Estate and Christie’s International Real Estate.
The gorgeous home sits on a .81-acre lot, boasting seven bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The home also features an oversized primary suite with incredible features, a library, bar, rec room, a “cozy” fireplace, home gym, sauna, theater room and detached boat house down by the dock.
The impressive kitchen has quartz countertops, a large island, double sinks and dishwashers, a large walk-in pantry, and more.
The house, which is in a private, gated neighborhood, is listed at $3,250,000.
According to People, Brown is “sad to let it go, but excited for some new memories to fill up the place.”
He also said, “It served me and my family well, so I know the next one will really enjoy it.”
The house is about 40 minutes away from Atlanta, so you can still feel the city-life while be nestled away at the lake.

The listing of the house comes eight months after Brown filed from divorce from second wife, Kelly Yazdi.
Brown and Yazdi wed in August 2023. In December, they announced their separation to TMZ, saying, “We are in the process of divorce. Our mutual respect for one another remains. We wish each other the best and will always appreciate our time together. As we navigate this personal matter, we simply request privacy during this time.”
In May, Brown filed for a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, who had been posting to Instagram and accused the “Chicken Fried” singer of “narcissistic abuse.”
Yazdi has been pretty outspoken on social media about her contentious split, and it doesn’t seem like they are close to finalizing their divorce yet.
Brown was previously married to Shelley Brown from 2006-2018. They have five children together.
It is unknown how long Brown owned the home before listing it for sale.
