Yellowstone is one of the hottest shows on television right now, and for good reason. It’s downright incredible. We’re halfway through Season 3 right now, and Paramount Network just dropped the mid-season trailer.

If you’ve never seen the show, Oscar and Emmy-winner Kevin Costner is the lead character in this drama series. His character, John Dutton, is a rancher whose family has controlled the largest contiguous ranch in America. The Dutton family fights to defend their ranch and way of life from an Indian reservation and land developers. They struggle with trusting one another, as medical issues, political aspirations and deep secrets put strain on the family all while highlighting the cowboy lifestyle.

The show also features incredible music from a long list of talented country artists including Costner himself. Songs from his latest album, Tales From Yellowstone, are featured in numerous episodes.

There’s only four episodes left of Season Three and Paramount Network has already announced that the hit cable show has been picked up for a fourth season. Kevin Costner and the rest of the Yellowstone cast are expected to return for Season Four in summer 2021.

Paramount Network dropped the mid-season trailer after a huge outcry from fans as a result of the previous episode being 8 minutes shorter than usual. After the episode ended, they aired the brand-new trailer for the season’s remaining four episodes. Fans were thrilled with the action-packed teaser until they realized that it meant the third season was nearly over. Regardless, it’s still worth getting excited over.
