It is that time of year again when gyms are full, and people are setting their New Year’s resolutions.
Whether you want to be healthier, start a new career, get your finances in order, or maybe you want to start a fun hobby. New Year’s resolutions are in full swing.
However, is setting New Year’s resolutions always the best idea? Miranda Lambert thinks not.
Researchers suggest that only 9% of Americans complete their resolutions. According to a recent study, 23% of people quit their resolutions by the first week, and 43% don’t even make it to the end of January. A whopping 80% fail by the end of February.
With a success rate of only about 10%, it begs the question: Why are we all setting New Year’s resolutions?? Bunnie XO Interviewed Miranda Lambert and asked the question.
