The Hit Show Will Be Returning To A&E This Summer

Duck Dynasty followed the Robertson family in West Monroe, Louisiana, from 2012 to 2017. Although the show aired for only five years, it ran for eleven seasons. The Robertsons rose to fame thanks to their successful business, Duck Commander, where they were known for making handmade duck calls and decoys, and their hunting video series.

The company was established in 1973 by Robertson family patriarch Phil, and the show followed him after his adult sons began to work there and take the business to new heights. His second youngest son, Willie, was now the CEO, and the show followed him struggling to work with his brothers, Jase and Jep, and everyone’s favorite, Uncle Si.

Their older brother Alan sometimes came to the warehouse to help, but his full-time job was as a pastor.

On Wednesday, January 22nd, it was announced that the beloved show will return in the summer! A&E’s official announcement included a photo of Willie and his wife, Korie, and the title of the new show, Duck Dynasty: The Revival.

A&E revealed that the new show will follow Willie, Korie, and their adult children as they navigate marriage, parenthood, their own businesses, and Duck Commander’s future. The network has ordered 20 one-hour episodes, making up two show seasons!

Korie, Willie, and their eldest son, John Luke, will serve as Executive Producers.
