Tim Tebow Cries In Video Saying Goodbye To Dog Bronco

They say dog is a man’s best friend. This couldn’t be more true for Tim Tebow and his longtime bestie, Bronco.

The former professional football player got Bronco when he was just a puppy in 2010 and was named in honor of the team he was drafted by that year, the Denver Broncos. He’s grown to love Bronco, who is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, so much that he refers to him as his son.

Sadly, on Wednesday (Nov 20), Tebow had to say goodbye to Bronco – and shared it with his fans on social media. The first video was of Bronco laying on a table being fed a piece of cheese by Tebow, who was visibly emotional and even broke down at one point.

He also shared a selfie video of Bronco breathing very heavily while he said, “Bronc, I love you buddy. I want to take one last video of my son and say thanks for being the best.

It’s clear that Bronco was having trouble breathing, which makes it even more heartbreaking.

Tebow followed up those videos with several photos of Bronco throughout the years.

Thursday morning (Nov 21), Tebow once again took to Twitter to thank his fans for their support. He wrote, “I’m so thankful and humbled by everyone’s support, prayers and love. I was able to lay Bronco to rest in a really special place. Thank you all for so much encouragement. I love you Bronco, thanks for being the sweetest boy.”

He included three photos of Bronco as well as a photo of himself kneeling at Bronco’s resting place. See those photos below.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Tebow during his loss.
