Thomas Rhett & Lauren Akins’ Daughters Dress As Sanderson Sisters From “Hocus Pocus”

Thomas Rhett and his wife, Lauren Akins, share three daughters: Willa Gray (age five), Ada James (age three), and Lennon Love (nearly nine months). For baby Lennon’s first Halloween, Thomas and Lauren knew they needed to go all-out with their family’s costumes…and they managed to find the perfect source of inspiration!

Every October, people revisit one of their all-time favorite Halloween movies, Hocus Pocus. The film follows three witches, the Sanderson Sisters, who come back to life on Halloween night after they were thought to be dead for hundreds of years.

Hijinks ensue as the Sanderson Sisters attempt to navigate the modern world while also trying to thwart a group of kids who want to get rid of them for good.

Since there are three sisters in the movie, and Thomas and Lauren have three daughters, it made perfect sense to have Willa, Ada, and Lennon dress as Winifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson.

Lauren posted some photos of her daughters’ costumes on Instagram. All of the girls seemed to be loving their costumes, especially Willa!

Lauren captioned the photos with a quote from Hocus Pocus, writing, “Sisters, All Hallow’s Eve has become a night of frolic, where children wear costumes and run amok.”

The Akins children weren’t the only ones who got in on the Halloween fun! Thomas and Lauren dressed as characters from Hocus Pocus as well.

Lauren shared a video showcasing her and Thomas’ costumes. Thomas dressed as Max Dennison, the main character of the film. As for Lauren, she dressed as Allison, Max’s love interest.

Check out the photo below to see how Thomas and Lauren’s Hocus Pocus themed costumes turned out! We love how this family always goes above and beyond whenever Halloween rolls around.

What did you dress as for Halloween this year?
