Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson re-listed his Atlanta-Area Equestrian Farm, and it can be yours for a cool 7.5 million.

Despite the hefty price tag, the house is discounted from the original purchase price. The Rock and his business management team obtained the property in a $9.495 million all-cash deal. The 46-acre estate is located in Powder Springs, Georgia, and is only about a half-hour outside of Atlanta.

While the thought of a nearly 2 million dollar loss might rattle most people, The Rock has kept Forbes’ highest-paid actor title for the last two years. The actor will take home 23.5 million for his upcoming Netflix film, Red Notice, so it is safe to say that the actor will not lose any sleep over the listing price.

According to Zillow, some property specs for the 14,791 sqft home include an eight-bedroom main house, two apartments, a five-car garage, and an owner’s suite. The equestrian estate also features old growth walnut flooring and stone fireplaces for a warmer feel. The main home was built in 2003 by Bonner Construction, and the property overlooks a lake and grazing pasture.
