A luxurious Tennessee mansion with ties to one of country music’s biggest superstars is set to go up for auction this month.

The mansion, located in Brentwood, Tennessee, includes a connection to country sensation Kenny Chesney.

Located just 10 miles south of Nashville in Brentwood, Tennessee, this 10,450-square-foot mansion, custom-built by the sellers in 2018, was initially listed for $10.5 million earlier this year. It will now be up for auction with a starting bid at $3.5 million.

The stunning suburban mansion features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two half-baths. Inside, it boasts a double-height living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone gas fireplace, and numerous other amenities such as a movie theater and home gym. Outdoors, you’ll find a golf simulator, a 12-person hot tub, and a sun deck with a large fire pit. The property also has a 1.75-acre stocked pond and a tennis/pickleball court.

The estate for sale also includes a small guest cabin, which was originally used as a songwriting retreat by Kenny Chesney when he owned part of the land years ago.

According to Stacy Kirk, vice president of Interluxe Auctions, which is handling the sale, the property includes three parcels, two of which were previously owned by Kenny Chesney. The current seller bought Chesney’s neighboring home and resided there with his family while building the new mansion. After the mansion was completed, the Chesney property was sold, and the land was re-divided, but the seller kept Chesney’s original cabin. This cabin features a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kitchen.

According to the home’s auctioneer, previews of the estate will begin on Friday, August 16, and the online auction is set to start at 9 a.m. on Monday, August 19. See the listing here.
