Taylor Sheridan is working on a brand-new project, but this time, it’s not a television series.
Yellowstone Creator Taylor Sheridan Is Set to Open Four Sixes Steakhouse
Sheridan has partnered with Wynn Las Vegas to create the exclusive Four Sixes Steakhouse. Named after the famous Four Sixes Ranch, which plays a key role in Yellowstone, the steakhouse will give fans a chance to experience the cowboy lifestyle Sheridan frequently brings to the screen.
The steakhouse is set to officially open later this month as a pop-up restaurant, though it remains unclear how long it will be available to visit.
According to Wynn Las Vegas’ official website, the Four Sixes Steakhouse menu will focus on using ingredients sourced locally from Texas, featuring prime steaks and cuts from the actual Four Sixes Ranch.
A few items that customers can expect to see on the upscale dining experience’s menu include a caviar tower with potato tots, a tableside-carved 40-ounce Tomahawk steak, beef tartare prepared tableside, and other luxury dishes with Texas-inspired flavors.
“Dedicated to honoring authentic cuisine, the menu highlights time-honored recipes on the ranch, elevated to an art form by chef David Middleton,” Sheridan said in a statement. “The passions in my life are telling stories and food and with each plate served at Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, chef David and I get to do both.”
Taylor Sheridan Continues To Grow The Yellowstone Universe With New Spin-Off
As Taylor Sheridan expands his resume with a new restaurant venture, the Yellowstone franchise is also growing with the launch of his new spin-off, The Madison.

While many details about the new show remain under wraps, it has been confirmed that The Madison will feature a star-studded cast, including Michelle Pfeiffer and Matthew Fox.
Although Sheridan hasn’t confirmed it yet, rumors suggest that The Madison will revolve around a wealthy matriarch and her family who move from New York City to Montana after the tragic deaths of her husband and brother-in-law in a plane crash.
Filming for The Madison is expected to take place in Montana, New York, and Texas. The show is slated to premiere in 2025, following the conclusion of the original Yellowstone, which will wrap up with the final part of Season Five airing in November.
