This Easter was a special one for Scotty McCreery and his wife, Gabi. It was their first Easter with their son, Avery!
Avery was born on October 24, 2022. His full name is Merrick “Avery” McCeery, with his first name being in honor of Gabi’s dad.
“Never known a love like this…Merrick ‘Avery’ McCreery joined us 11 days early on October 24th at 4:34am! 7 lbs 13oz of nothin but love,” Scotty captioned the first photos he shared of Avery on social media.

Scotty and Gabi have continued to share updates on Avery as he grows. Recently, they shared some new pictures of him to celebrate him turning five months old.
It’s crazy to see how big he is now!
Scotty is a big fan of sports. He’s especially fond of golf, so he was enjoying the fact that Easter weekend was also Masters weekend.
Little Avery got all dressed up to celebrate his first Masters. Gabi shared a photo of him on her Instagram Story that shows him rocking a little polo shirt. Scotty shared the same picture on his own Story.
The couple also shared an adorable picture of Avery celebrating his first Easter. Gabi posted it on her Instagram Story first, and Scotty later shared it on Facebook.
Avery can be seen next to an Easter basket full of fun goodies, including a book about Noah’s Ark. He was wearing a blue Easter shirt with a carrot on the front, and was all smiles!
The little guy was being watched by his big brother, Moose. How sweet!
