Sara Evans Recently Became a First-Time Grandma!
Country star Sara Evans’ daughter, Olivia, welcomed her first child with her boyfriend, John Headly, on Monday, September 29.
The couple shared the arrival of their baby boy on Instagram, writing “welcome to the world our perfect angel,” along with a series of photos of the precious newborn.
They also revealed that they named him John, after his father.
The little bundle of joy is Sara Evans’ first grandchild, and since his birth, she hasn’t stopped gushing about how excited she is to officially be a “granny.” She’s posted multiple photos of her own, like the moment she got to hold him for the first time.
“Meet our grandson! We are so blessed,” she wrote. “we are so thrilled for you and proud of you! I can’t even put this into words! Granny and Grandaddy! We are obsessed! He is the most beautiful baby! Praise God!!!!!!!”
Some of the other moments Sara has shared with fans include the second day she celebrated being a grandma, while holding John again.

She also posted a photo of herself, Olivia, and her other daughter, Audrey, enjoying lunch together with the little one.
Sara Evans’ Grandson Falls Asleep While Listening To Her Music
Even though baby John is barely a month old, he’s already being introduced to music. And it isn’t just any music, but more specifically, his country star grandma’s!
On Thursday, October 23, Sara shared another heartwarming video showing John being cradled by his dad while her hit song “Suds in the Bucket” plays in the background. The song was originally released in 2003 on her album Restless.
His grandma’s voice seemed to have the magic touch, because John quickly drifted off to sleep as the song played. It was the sweetest thing to see!
