Congratulations to Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler!
Concert-goers in Las Vegas were in for a surprise when country star Sam Hunt announced from stage that his wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, is pregnant with their second child.
ET was the first to share the news. The outlet reported that fans attending the concert told said that Hunt told the crowd that baby No. 2 is on the way and that his wife and their 10-month-old daughter, Lucy Lu, were in Sin City with him for
his two-night gig at The Theater at Resorts World.
The “Body Like a Backroad” singer shared news of their first child’s arrival in a similar manner in June 2022. While performing his set at the Stars for Second Harvest charity concert in Nashville, Hunt told the crowd that Lucy Lu has been born.
“I recently had a baby girl named Lucy Lu,” he said to the audience. “I think being out here, and in the music business and being out on the road, has sort of hardened my heart. My heart’s definitely a lot harder in a lotta ways since I left that small town. It’s amazing how that little girl melted that all away overnight a couple of weeks ago.”
Sam Hunt appears to prefer to keep his family life private. But, the singer gave fans a glimpse of Lucy Lu in a video posted to Instagram in March. The video, set to a reading of “Bluebird” by Charles Bukowski, shows Sam, Hannah and Lucy in a field along with another family, presumably relatives, posing for photos.

Sam Hunt married Hannah Lee Fowler first met in 2008 and dated off an on until 2016. The pair got engaged in January 2017 and said “I do” a few months later.
In February 2022, Fowler filed for divorce. Court documents revealed that Hannah was pregnant with the couple’s first child and cited infidelity as the reason for the divorce filing. In April 2022, just one month before their daughter’s birth, Hannah called off the divorce.
