Duck Dynasty Returned To Television After An Eight Year Break
We first met the Robertson family on the A&E show Duck Dynasty in 2012. The show followed Phil Robertson, who founded the duck call company Duck Commander, and his sons who helped him run the business. Phil’s brother, Si, was a breakout star of the show.
The show followed each of the men and their respective families over the course of 11 seasons before ending in 2017.
In early 2025, it was revealed that the Robertsons were coming back to television in a show titled Duck Dynasty: The Revival. This show would center around Willie’s family including his wife Korie, kids John Luke, Sadie, Bella, Rebecca, Will, and their spouses and children.
So far this season, we have seen Willie semi-retire from Duck Commander, watched Sadie find out she is pregnant with Baby #3, saw Sadie and Bella have an emotional conversation about Bella’s struggles with infertility, and a beautiful tribute to the late Phil Robertson, who passed away shortly before the series premiered.
Season One Finale Is Airing This Week
The family filmed 20 episodes that will be split up into two seasons. Season One’s finale, Episode 10, will air on Sunday, August 2. It is not yet known when Season Two will air.
While there is not yet a synopsis of what to expect in that episode, Sadie Robertson Huff shared on Instagram that her gender reveal will be featured!
“NEXT SUNDAY!!!” she wrote on the post, “the finale of season 1 & OUR GENDER REVEAL! EEK!”
The post included a photo of Sadie hugging her husband, Christian, in front of a large bow and arrow target adorned with white balloons, and a few pink and blue balloons.
The podcaster shared some sepia-toned photos on Instagram from her recent baby shower, in hopes to not reveal the gender before the episode aired.

Sadie Robertson’s Gender Reveal
Sadie and Christian announced they were expecting their third child together on Valentine’s Day. The new baby will be joining big sisters Honey (4) and Haven (2).

In the episode, Christian wanted to impress his father-in-law with a bigger-than-ever gender reveal. He enlisted Duck Commander employee Martin and somehow Uncle Si was involved, too. Si brought huge explosions which made us think he didn’t know they were planning a gender reveal.
Christian ended up deciding on a target and a bow and arrow. Although Christian wasn’t a great shot with a bow and arrow, and kept missing the target, Willie was impressed he kept trying. Willie helped Christian finally hit the target to reveal that Baby #3 would be…
