A little celebrating went down in the Feek household this morning and we got a sneak peek. The youngest of the clan showed off her early-morning vocals reminding us how sweet life’s little moments can be.
Country music singer and songwriter, Rory Feek is known for posting adorable photos and videos of his precious daughter, Indiana all over social media. Indiana, who is now 4 years old was born with down syndrome and a shining personality. Rory has been raising Indy as a single father since the loss of his wife, Joey Martin Feek in 2016. From the views, it seems like the dad-daughter duo is inseparable.

Aside from being the duo Joey + Rory, with his wife for 8 years, he has written for some of country music biggest stars. From Randy Travis to Kenny Chesney, there’s a good chance you’ve stumbled upon one of his songs. In 2014, Rory decided to put down the pen for a second to document a little thing called life. He began filming “the little and big moments” and we were lucky enough to witness them too.

Rory also decided to start his own blog where he covers life’s sweetest moments. In his blog, the songwriter talks about the influence his daughters and faith have had on his inspiration in life.
“Our youngest, Indiana, is four years old and helping me to make sense of this world. Indy has down syndrome. I think Hopie has up syndrome (she’s always happy). Heidi’s got film and music syndrome (she’s an aspiring filmmaker and singer/songwriter). All my children are good and perfect gifts from above.”

This morning, the singer took to Instagram to wish his oldest daughter, Heidi a “Happy Birthday.” The video shows sweet and rosy-cheeked Indiana singing the tune with a smile on her face the entire time. At the end of her serenade, Indy gives her dad a couple kisses to pass along to her big sis.
