After More Than A Year On The Market, Ray Stevens’ Nashville Estate Has Officially Sold.
Ray Stevens’ massive estate is located in Belle Meade, one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Nashville.
The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home was originally listed for $8.2 million in August 2023 by Fridrich & Clark Realty. However, Stevens ended up lowering the price later on to $6.3 million.

About Ray Stevens’ Stunning Estate
The 10,179-square-foot home sits on just over six acres of land. Originally built in 1964, it still embodies its vintage appeal while featuring modern amenities and state-of-the-art appliances. Stunning details of the gated property include a large fountain at the entryway and original hardwood floors throughout the entire house.
The exterior features a saltwater pool in the backyard, complete with an outdoor kitchen and cabana. Additionally, a guest house sits nearby, and the mansion has a three-car garage.
The interior is just as lavish as you’d expect from a timeless estate owned by a legendary singer and comedian like Stevens, who is known for hits like “Everything Is Beautiful.”
The home has classic wood paneling throughout many of its rooms, including a fully finished basement and a cozy library. Elegant touches like a grand stone fireplace and stone flooring in the kitchen add to its old-money charm.
More luxuries throughout the home are a separate laundry wing, a whirlpool tub in the master suite, and a private sauna.
According to the home’s official listing, the status is still pending, and the exact sale price has not been shared. If it sold for Stevens’ asking price of just over $6 million, that would equal $619 per square foot, with an estimated monthly cost of $38,328.
