Priscilla Presley Remains Close With Her Grandchildren
Priscilla Presley later confirmed her daughter’s death in a statement.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known,” Priscilla Presley wrote. “We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment.”

Priscilla Reflects On Her Daughter’s Death Three Years Later
On the third anniversary of her death, Priscilla took to social media to reflect on her special bond with Lisa Marie. She said in the post that there has not been a single day since her passing that she hasn’t been missing her.
“The depth of what we shared is something only a mother and daughter could ever understand,” Priscilla wrote.
Lisa Marie was only 4-years-old when her parents divorced and 9 when her famous father died. In many ways, she took on the responsibility of preserving her father’s legacy, and as a result spent all of her life in the spotlight.
“Our lives were complicated in ways few could grasp,” Priscilla continued, “shaped by love, pain, and the weight of a name the world claimed as its own. Through everything, our bond was ours alone-imperfect, deep and unbreakable. I miss you more than words can say, my little Lisa Marie.”
