Plan Your New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu With Recipes From “Pioneer Woman” Ree Drummond

In 2022, “Pioneer Woman” Ree Drummond celebrated New Year’s Eve with her husband, Ladd. The couple’s five kids couldn’t come home, so Ree planned a New Year’s dinner for two people.

Ladd and I are staying in this New Year’s Eve, and I’m starting to figure out our little dinner-for-two menu since I’m sure [their youngest son] Todd will be with his friends…” Ree wrote on Facebook.

Ree addressed those “in the same dinner-for-two boat” on New Year’s Eve. She shared some “great” dinner ideas to give people inspiration for their own celebrations.

As for Ree and Ladd, she said beef would”definitely” be featured on their menu. She planned to “have fun” with the sides and desserts she made to accompany their main course.

Ree shared a slideshow of New Year’s Eve recipes from her Pioneer Woman website, authored by Rebekah Lowin. The slideshow originally contained 61 recipes, and featured everything from appetizers to desserts.

Several recipes in the article tap into tradition. They feature ingredients that are supposed to bring good luck and fortune in the New Year.

While Ree made a NYE dinner for just Ladd and herself, the recipes featured in the article could work for a couple or a crowd. View the full list here if you’re looking for new recipes for your own New Year’s Eve dinner this year.
