Ree Drummond Is Going To Be A First-Time Grandma This Winter
“Pioneer Woman” Ree Drummond is going to be a “Pioneer Grandma!”
Ree and her husband, Ladd, share five children: Alex, Paige, Bryce, Todd, and Jamar. Alex married her longtime love, Mauricio Scott, during a stunning ceremony on the Drummond family ranch on May 1, 2021.

See How Ree Drummond’s Daughter, Alex, Announced Her Pregnancy
Alex and Mauricio shared their pregnancy news in a joint Instagram post on Sunday (June 23).
The post contains several photos of Alex and Mauricio smiling while holding up their baby’s sonogram photos. They even included their dog, George, who was sporting an adorable “big brother” bandana.
“We can’t wait to meet you, little one,” Alex captioned the photos. “Baby Scott joining the party this winter! “Thank you Lord for this precious gift.”

Ree shared her joy in the comments, writing, “Beyond happy for you two!! (And for the whole family!)…Love you, Alex and Mauricio!”
Alex also received a sweet comment from her sister, Paige, who wrote, “So happy I could cry…can’t wait to be an auntie!!! I love you guys so much…”
Alex’s brother, Bryce, also commented, leaving three fire emojis.
Ree shared the news in a blog post on her “Pioneer Woman” website. She wrote:
“Oh my gosh. Alex is pregnant! My first baby is having her first baby. My child is going to have a child. It’s surreal, and I’m sure all of you grandparents can relate to the feeling of momentarily leaving your body after hearing upon hearing similar news.”
Ree said the baby is due sometime around New Year’s Day.
