New Lawsuit Claims Elvis’ Granddaughter, Riley, Is The Biological Mother Of John Travolta’s Child
Priscilla Presley’s former business associates have alleged in a new lawsuit that her granddaughter, Riley Keough, is the mother of John Travolta’s youngest child. The amended complaint, filed by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, is against Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia. Navarone’s father is computer programmer Marco Garibaldi Garcia.
A legal complaint obtained by PEOPLE alleges that Riley, the daughter of Danny Keough and Lisa Marie Presley, donated her eggs to actor John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, who later used them to have their son, Benjamin.

According to the complaint, Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, told Kruse that Travolta and Preston, who died in 2020, once used Lisa’s eggs to try to conceive.
The filing further alleges that Travolta approached the family again in 2010, at which point he no longer wished to use Lisa’s eggs, reportedly saying he did not want “eggs with heroin” on them.
Travolta and Preston allegedly then reached an agreement with Riley, in which she donated her eggs in exchange for an “old Jaguar” and between “$10,000 and $20,000,” according to the filing. Riley was only 20 at the time.
Priscilla Presley’s Lawyers Push Back Against The Claims
Priscilla’s lawyers, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, immediately pushed back against the sensational lawsuit claim that Riley was the biological mother of Travolta’s son.
“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,” they wrote in a statement to TMZ.
Singer and Harmon continued:
“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son [Navarone Garcia], cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

Priscilla Presley’s Ongoing Legal Battle With Her Former Associates
The case is the latest in a series of legal battles between Presley and her former associates.
An October 2025 lawsuit filed by filed by Kruse and Fialko claims Priscilla allegedly hid a multi-million dollar jewelry collection from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The lawsuit claims the collection was worth “upwards of $25 million.”
The 80-year-old widow of Elvis Presley was accused of submitting a “Form 433-A to the IRS in an attempt to negotiate down her tax obligations, where she falsely represented to the IRS on May 4, 2023, that she only owned jewelry worth $6,000.”
Kruse and Fialko said they were “working to finalize the settlement between Priscilla and Riley, at Priscilla’s demand (ultimately resulting in a multi-million-dollar payment that Priscilla needed, and resulting in multi-million-dollar payouts to other family members).”
The lawsuit also alleges that Priscilla was aware she owned a “multi-million-dollar jewelry collection, and owned collectibles on display and in storage at Graceland worth upwards of $25 million.”
