It’s no secret that Miranda Lambert is an animal lover. She has tons of pets, including dogs, cats, horses, pigs, and chickens.
Lambert has a soft spot in her heart for animals in need of new homes. Every so often she introduces a new furry family member she’s rescued.
Over Father’s Day weekend, Lambert shared that she and her husband Brendan McLoughlin had welcomed one more four-legged friend into their family…another horse!
“Y’all welcome Cowboy to the Farmily!” Lambert said in her post introducing her new family member. “Our newest addition. Just in time for Father’s Day!“
Lambert said she learned about Cowboy through her friend Eric Masse. Cowboy previously belonged to a friend of Masse’s. That person could no longer keep Cowboy…so he ended up with Lambert!
“@hello_i_eric said a friend of his had a horse that needed to be re homed …. That’s never a no… It’s a hell yeah!” Lambert said.
She shared a series of photos that show her and McLoughlin with Cowboy. Lambert was rocking a hat from Little Big Town‘s merch line, which references their current single “Hell Yeah.”
