This week has been an eventful one for Miranda Lambert! She announced and launched her new line of home goods on Tuesday (June 14). The line, called Wanda June, was inspired by Lambert’s mother and grandmother.
“My mom and my grandmother taught me everything I know about being a woman, and all that comes with that,” Lambert said when speaking about the inspiration behind Wanda June. “But most importantly, how to make something out of nothing, and take what you’ve got and use it in like a warm, welcoming home full of laughter, love, and memories. And that’s exactly what Wanda June’s based around.”
The Wanda June collection is available exclusively on Walmart.com. The line features items such as baking dishes, pillows, and water bottles.
Lambert’s husband Brendan McLoughlin appears in the promotional video for Wanda June. He’s seen in one scene sharing a plate of cookies with Lambert while snuggling next to her under a blanket.
After such a big launch, Lambert was surely ready for a day of fun and relaxation. She, McLoughlin, and some of their pals took off to go spend a day at the lake.
McLoughlin shared some photos from their day out on the lake, including one picture that shows him kissing Lambert on the cheek. He also shared a video that shows him making a pretty daring jump off of a cliff into the lake below.
“Great day at the lake with some absolute great people,” McLoughlin captioned his slideshow.
